1 Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to cacino. These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and cacino ("Platform", "We"). This Agreement governs your use of all services, games and features offered through the cacino platform, including the website and mobile application.

By completing the registration process, making any deposit, or using any part of the cacino platform, you hereby confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions stated in this document, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which form part of this agreement.

Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation of these terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and freezing of funds.
